SUBMIT A QUOTE REQUEST
Complete the quote request form by first entering your contact information. Then, provide details about your needs: select the fabric type and color, specify the sizes and quantities, and either upload your logo or describe what you want printed on your apparel.
MOCKUP & ESTIMATE
Our team will create a digital mockup featuring your graphics and prepare an estimate with the best possible price for your project. The estimate and mockup will be sent to you via email or text for your approval. Our team will design a digital mockup with your graphics.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once you approve the estimate and the digital mockup, we will email your order link to place your order online through our secured online payment page. Once your order is placed, we will move the order to production.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Turnaround time is typically 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size of your order, with most orders shipping within 10 days. We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the U.S. and free USPS Priority Mail to APO and FPO addresses. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Ordering
How does the ordering process work?
Five steps, and nothing is due up front:
- Send us a quote request with your artwork, colors, sizes and quantities.
- We email you a free mockup and a written estimate.
- You approve the mockup, or ask for changes.
- We ask for your shipping address and email your secure order link.
- You pay online and we move the order into production.
What is the minimum order?
Six pieces. You can mix garment styles, colors and sizes within the same order to reach the minimum — six shirts, or three shirts and three hoodies, both work.
How much do the shirts cost?
Price depends on how many pieces you order, which garment and fabric you choose, and how many print locations the design uses. Larger orders bring the per-piece price down. Every order gets 10% off — there is no code to enter, the military discount is already applied to the estimate we send you.

Sizes run Small through 3XL with no upcharge for the larger sizes, and women's cuts and youth sizes are available if you are ordering for families or a squadron event.

What fabrics can I choose from?

Which colors do you provide?
We provide all the approved military colors, including:
- Coyote Brown — by far the most requested
- OD Green
- Black
- Navy Blue
- Marines Gold
- Charcoal Grey
All six are cleared for wear with flight suits, OCP and NWU Type III, and all six are available in every garment we print. Hoodies also come in the approved Coyote Brown, 499 Tan.
We are not limited to the approved list. Our blanks come in the full standard color ranges, so we can source most other colors as well — white, grey, red, maroon, royal and light blue, green, purple, orange, pink, sand and more, depending on the garment and fabric you choose.
Just name the color you are after and we will confirm it is available before we quote.
Artwork and printing
My artwork is a photo of a patch and it looks rough. Can you use it?
Send it anyway. We clean up and redraw poor-quality artwork at no charge — photos of patches, challenge coins, scanned stickers and old files are all things we work from regularly. We also keep subdued American flag artwork on file for right-sleeve prints, so you do not need to source your own.
How do you print, and is there a color limit?
We print DTF (direct-to-film). There is no color limit and no per-color charge, so a full-color unit crest costs the same to print as a one-color design. Roster printing is available too — names, call signs or numbers, different on every piece.
How many mockup revisions do I get?
The mockup is free and you get up to five revisions, turned around within 24 hours. Nothing goes to print until you approve what you see. We keep your artwork on file afterwards, so reorders are quick.
Turnaround and shipping
How long does production take?
- Under 12 pieces — 7 days
- 12 pieces and up — 10 days
- Over 200 pieces — 14 days
Those times include shipping, and the clock starts when payment goes through — not when you first contact us.

Rush service is available and is priced on your quote. Tell us the date you need the shirts in hand and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it before you commit.
What does shipping cost, and can you ship to APO or FPO?
Shipping is free: UPS Ground within the United States, and USPS Priority Mail to APO and FPO addresses at no extra cost. You get a tracking number by email when the order ships. You can also pick the order up at our shop in Virginia Beach.
