Return Policy

Every item we print is made specifically for your unit — your artwork, your colors, your size breakdown. Custom printed apparel cannot be restocked or resold, so we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, an ordering error, or a size that did not fit as expected.

That is why the approval stage matters. Before anything goes to print we send you a free digital proof and a written estimate, and you get up to five revisions at no charge. Check the spelling, the sizes, the colors and the print placement carefully — once you approve the proof, that is what we produce.

If we got it wrong, we fix it

If your order does not match the proof you approved, or arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it at our cost. Please keep the items and send us a photo of the problem so we can see what happened.

Shortages and wrong sizes

If a piece is missing from your shipment, or a size does not match the order you approved, tell us and we will produce the missing pieces and ship them to you free of charge.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel at any point before payment, at no cost — proofs and estimates carry no obligation. Once payment is made the order moves into production and the blanks are ordered, so it can no longer be cancelled.

Blank or unprinted goods

Unprinted items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less shipping. Contact us first — items sent back without a return authorisation cannot be accepted.
